Fasting or IF may also help longgevity.
If Fasting you will need to supplement minerals and vitamines.

When breaking a fast one should have thyanine before eating.
Dont fast more than 2 days at home any longer should be done in a clinic under supervision.
It is best to have your feeding window early in the day (8am-3pm) and fast the rest.

you only loose water and loos fat slower because without carbs the body breaksdown your protein to make carbs.
