Pain relief. Oxytocin has been associated with decreased pain and improved healing speed. Studies show it can even raise your pain threshold.Lower cortisol levels. Cortisol, the stress hormone, can have harmful effects on your body, ranging from increased abdominal fat to decreased immunity. Studies show oxytocin reduces the amount of cortisol that releases in response to stressful situations.Increased generosity. Oxytocin has been shown to boost altruism. What builds social and team cohesionNow that we’ve covered what social and team cohesion is not, here are some things you can focus on to build stronger cohesion in your unit:
Mutual support. Social support—the care you give to or get from others—comes in many different forms. Whether it’s helping out a friend, taking care of things at home, or watching your fellow Service Member’s back, social support is a key element in increasing cohesion and strengthening bonds in all kinds of settings.Cooperation. Trust and choice are basic elements that help a group work together smoothly and optimize cooperation. A cohesive unit is made up of members who effectively communicate, overcome conflict, and willingly choose to work together.Shared commitment. In a cohesive group, members are both committed to one another and collectively committed to a task, mission, or cause. Whether it means fostering close one-on-one relationships or recognizing that every member of the team is crucial to achieving unit success, cohesion is all about interdependence and shared goals.
I was listening to a podcastawhile ago about longevity and one of the criteria was having good friendships. Not just freindships of your same age but of different agaes.Have friends who are older and younger than you.It helps gauge where people are in life. Help the older individual still feel noticed and valued in which can helpthem in there quality of life. Same as the young.

1) The rise of technology, leading to loss of time spent in physical proximity to friends.2) The acceptance of gay men into pop-culture, creating a blurred line between straight and homosexual tendencies that has straight men cautiously interacting with one another out of subconscious homophobic fears.
3) The idea that men in Gen Y have declining testosterone levels compared to prior generations and have been raised to be more sensitive by a feminized education system; making guys less capable of stereotypical male bonding behaviors that involve animalistic competition.
4) The shift in gender roles correlating with women’s progress in the workplace causing a lack of continuity amongst Millennial men when it comes to transitions between life stages, embracing adulthood and defining masculinity.
rules for determining when a guy isn’t qualified to be a friend. These include assessing if a guy:
1) Simply wants me to be their friend as part of a superficially desired ideal social life.
2) Does not take on each day as an opportunity to grow and contribute to society.
3) Cannot be honest and authentic about himself and let me be the same.
In utilizing these rules, I am identifying the guys in my life who bring out the best in me. These are guys who are secure enough in themselves to let me be who I am, embrace me with love (yes, male friends can share love) and offer selfless support. I want to surround myself with friendships that stimulate me intellectually, push me to be my best morally and expand my life into new territory. Just like in any partnership, I want to be a better person because of the people I expend energy on.

Abuse in Muslim Schools.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=amYhSbmAOMs&t=28sThe end of society as a result of Narcasism.collaboration is collapsing. Everyone has becomeindividualistic. Narcasism is becoming a religion.Old religion doesn't fit modern times. Because religoun has hierarchy and society where everyone believes they are expertsand hate authority.
I believe in Jesus Christ. For some reason when I was a child and I went to church I began to cry maybe because of what the preist was saying. I get a sense of calmness when i go into a church.I feel like I can pray and not have to explain what it is. The Lord already knows. Can't BS.I feel like there is a force outside of me thats like a watcher. Walking blindly. Theres a passage where it states if you ask God for help to get out of a temptatin situationhe will alway give you a way out. It will make it apparent.I personally feel like there is good knowledge proverbs and psalms and they are short and simple.Eclysiastes is a good story about what matters in life.Mybe i like tradition because it is a known path.Less room for error. When i did things that went against the rules I hurt alot. It is not worth. There has been times where I feel like I have been talked to in certain situations when im in a moral moment. There was a time I started watching The Shepards Chapeland studying the bible wih the pastor arnold murrey and listening to the Q A. which broke down modern questions and was able to give it a biblical answer. And I was those types that would post scriptures on facebook all the time where people probably got annoyed. Now that i stop watchingI cannot remembe any passages. Knowing the Bible is a constant thing to keep retention. Sometimes I feel like there is somebody beside me. I don't knowif its a neurological thing or not. If you lived in an area like China where you are constantly monitored and cameras on you.would you do bad things all the time? In a way it might feel like thatwith God. I feel I am where i am in life because of the mercy of others and "Gods Plan".maybe in clinical arenas it might be a cop out.Not being totaly religious with going to church but someone can get involved with a church and have a sense of structure andbe social when it comes to working for a church. If your unemployed or getting assistance you can still be useful in soiety with church. Or religion in general. Jordan Peterson says life is suffering. And because of thatyou become sinical and venchful. It is a bottomless pit.We get an idea of where others mindset is by the religion they follow.brains are wired to make predictions due to past experiences. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0_-7FmrDq8&t=1528sThere are studies that show people in religionare healthier and happier because they are with peoplewith similar beliefs. It reduces stress because of uncertainty.Humans need to impose meanings to emotions and suffering and loss.

The Warrior Diet was created in 2001 by Ori Hofmekler, a former member of the Israeli Special Forces, who transitioned into the field of fitness and nutrition.https://dofasting.com/types/warrior-dietThis is a good video reviewing the Warrior Diet Bookhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R5OB4wV5nzQ&t=603sDr Gregger Made several videos on fastinghttps://nutritionfacts.org/video/benefits-of-fasting-for-weight-loss-put-to-the-test/Hormises (what doesn't kill you make you stronger). There is alternate day fasting. And in most people can fast for a day and eat the next. Then when they eat they may get full easily with less calories.Fasting or IF may also help longgevity. If Fasting you will need to supplement minerals and vitamines.Heart can loos its muscle while fasting. When breaking a fast one should have thyanine before eating.Dont fast more than 2 days at home any longer should be done in a clinic under supervision. It is best to have your feeding window early in the day (8am-3pm) and fast the rest. Autophagy (or autophagocytosis) (from the Ancient Greek αὐτόφαγος autóphagos, meaning "self-devouring"[1] and κύτος kýtos, meaning "hollow"[2]) is the natural, regulated mechanism of the cell that removes unnecessary or dysfunctional components.[3] It allows the orderly degradation and recycling of cellular components.Japanese cell biologist Yoshinori Ohsumi won the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 2016 for his research on how cells recycle and renew their content, a process called autophagy. Fasting activates autophagy, which helps slow down the aging process and has a positive impact on cell renewal.benifits of autaphagy?removing toxic proteins from the cells that are attributed to neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.recycling residual proteins.providing energy and building blocks for cells that could still benefit from repair

Intro Why do I need time management?clear steps to reach goals.to be accountabletrim the fat of things that dont serve you.(people, things, actions)Only invest your timeto things that help you reach your goals.watching reality shows does not help at all.dont drift aimlessly. It will free up time better.you can notice progresion.example of workout plans. You can see where you need to improve.
What does this look like?Getting your wardrobe ready the night before.makes your morning go quicker and smoother. Also, give more thought on your appearance.Food prep the night before or for the week.Keeps you healthy and helps save money.Alexa can be used to structure your time.Set alexa to get your coffee at a certain timeSet alarms and timers for blocksof time to keep you on track.(example, 2hr block for stretching and exscersise)set up to hear audiobooks to reach goalsI picked up an audiobook about Jocko Willink Decipline equals Freedom. Which makes sense. Also, How Not to Diet by Dr Micheal Gregger. The 3 S's Shit, Shower and ShaveShave or brush your teeth in the shower.Clip toenails while taking a shit.warm up car while getting ready.writing things down.Making it uninterupted and focused blocksof time.Try to avoid multitasking.Attack one thing at a time fully. Only multitask on things that free time to workon your top goals.Dedicate your mornings on yourself and yourgoals. You and your goals are priority early in the morning.later in the day or at the end is for the small things.Don't take on others projects be stingy with your time.(My brothers example, work and housework)Not a sexist thing. Just the nature of the thing. Willpower does not last long.Willpower is strong in the begining of the dayKeep things most importatnt in the beginging. As the day goes on the less willpower you have.Excersise early in the day.
What Do I Do?Night before I get my excersise and regular clothes laid out and ready. Set the coffe pot to just turn on in the morning.Think about what workout i'm gonna do and what i'm gonna learn.I set alarm at 330am and lay in bed at 730 to relax.Alarm goes off my coffee pot is next to my bed so i turn it on.as I wake up get dressed and have my coffee.Start my stretches and yoga by 4 or 415Finish everything by 6am ThenListen to an audio book or course to 7 or 8am8am I work on my podcast til 10 1030amthen 1030 or 11 i get on a treadmil to walk uphill/runto 12 or 1230 then shower and get food.Food by 130 Then i prep food for the next day or 3 days. After that I leave for little things that are not that important.
Thats generally the schedule for now.For me my number one goal is health.Which is why its the first thing i work on in the morning. For some people it may seem very strict or boring and thats ok.Some people need to be multiple things at once and like to play things by ear.I feel this works best for me. Make and excel or a calendar or board on your wall.
