This finding suggests that several important avenues for further research remain in this important area. In particular, links between corporate psychopaths, bullying and lowered corporate social responsibility have been established. On the other hand, links between corporate psychopaths, career advancement, fraud, and corporate failure as exemplified in the 2007 global financial crisis, have been under-exploredTo put the matter simplistically, psychopaths are born, and sociopaths are made. The Warrior Diet was created in 2001 by Ori Hofmekler, a former member of the Israeli Special Forces, who transitioned into the field of fitness and nutrition.https://dofasting.com/types/warrior-dietThis is a good video reviewing the Warrior Diet Bookhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R5OB4wV5nzQ&t=603sDr Gregger Made several videos on fastinghttps://nutritionfacts.org/video/benefits-of-fasting-for-weight-loss-put-to-the-test/Hormises (what doesn't kill you make you stronger). There is alternate day fasting. And in most people can fast for a day and eat the next. Then when they eat they may get full easily with less calories.Fasting or IF may also help longgevity. If Fasting you will need to supplement minerals and vitamines.Heart can loos its muscle while fasting. When breaking a fast one should have thyanine before eating.Dont fast more than 2 days at home any longer should be done in a clinic under supervision. It is best to have your feeding window early in the day (8am-3pm) and fast the rest. Fasting mimicking meal planDr Longo created meal plans with herbal teas multivitamin powders nut bars dehydrated soups and kale chips. Which is kinda a ow protein low carb plantbased diet. Keto plant based diet. Most keto diets you only loose water and loos fat slower because without carbs the body breaksdown your protein to make carbs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJVSD0hggZE
Autophagy (or autophagocytosis) (from the Ancient Greek αὐτόφαγος autóphagos, meaning "self-devouring"[1] and κύτος kýtos, meaning "hollow"[2]) is the natural, regulated mechanism of the cell that removes unnecessary or dysfunctional components.[3] It allows the orderly degradation and recycling of cellular components.Japanese cell biologist Yoshinori Ohsumi won the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 2016 for his research on how cells recycle and renew their content, a process called autophagy. Fasting activates autophagy, which helps slow down the aging process and has a positive impact on cell renewal.benifits of autaphagy?removing toxic proteins from the cells that are attributed to neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.recycling residual proteins.providing energy and building blocks for cells that could still benefit from repair

What does this look like?Getting your wardrobe ready the night before.makes your morning go quicker and smoother. Also, give more thought on your appearance.Food prep the night before or for the week.Keeps you healthy and helps save money.Alexa can be used to structure your time.Set alexa to get your coffee at a certain timeSet alarms and timers for blocksof time to keep you on track.(example, 2hr block for stretching and exscersise)set up to hear audiobooks to reach goalsI picked up an audiobook about Jocko Willink Decipline equals Freedom. Which makes sense. Also, How Not to Diet by Dr Micheal Gregger. The 3 S's Shit, Shower and ShaveShave or brush your teeth in the shower.Clip toenails while taking a shit.warm up car while getting ready.writing things down.Making it uninterupted and focused blocksof time.Try to avoid multitasking.Attack one thing at a time fully. Only multitask on things that free time to workon your top goals.Dedicate your mornings on yourself and yourgoals. You and your goals are priority early in the morning.later in the day or at the end is for the small things.Don't take on others projects be stingy with your time.(My brothers example, work and housework)Not a sexist thing. Just the nature of the thing. Willpower does not last long.Willpower is strong in the begining of the dayKeep things most importatnt in the beginging. As the day goes on the less willpower you have.Excersise early in the day.
What Do I Do?Night before I get my excersise and regular clothes laid out and ready. Set the coffe pot to just turn on in the morning.Think about what workout i'm gonna do and what i'm gonna learn.I set alarm at 330am and lay in bed at 730 to relax.Alarm goes off my coffee pot is next to my bed so i turn it on.as I wake up get dressed and have my coffee.Start my stretches and yoga by 4 or 415Finish everything by 6am ThenListen to an audio book or course to 7 or 8am8am I work on my podcast til 10 1030amthen 1030 or 11 i get on a treadmil to walk uphill/runto 12 or 1230 then shower and get food.Food by 130 Then i prep food for the next day or 3 days. After that I leave for little things that are not that important.
Thats generally the schedule for now.For me my number one goal is health.Which is why its the first thing i work on in the morning. For some people it may seem very strict or boring and thats ok.Some people need to be multiple things at once and like to play things by ear.I feel this works best for me. Make and excel or a calendar or board on your wall.
